Chris and Amy, Just wanted to send you a mid-2012 report filled with mostly exciting news. We just finished our staff meeting reviewing our numbers for the first six cycles of the year. I have to admit that I was shocked by the totals. We have a production/collection average of $806,323 and we are only halfway through the year! Our “worst” cylce thus far was $121,719, and that was during the month we had to close and move the office to our new expanded space, which did cause some scheduling issues in addition to our focus naturally being elsewhere.
Also, the cycle we just finished was an all-time record production of $160,700 despite losing a staff member midstream. AND things didn’t work out with the associate dentist we were hoping to add when we moved to the new office, so there is still so much more potential to build on what has already been a phenominal run in 2012.
Of course, I would be remiss if I didn’t give the majority of credit for everything I stated above to my team. They have been very focused on the Brady Systems and have worked very hard in the transition to the new office and on not let anything slip. To the contrary, they have taken things to a whole new level for us, which is appropriate in a cheesy way since the office was moved from the 1st floor of our building up to the 3rd floor.
And of course, I want to sincerely thank Chris and his team for setting us on this path to success and providing us the systems to achieve greatness as a team.
