“A/R Decreased by 34% in One Year!”

“Amy, Dr. Bingham has asked that I forward this information to you.  We have been working very hard this year to get our accounts receivable down.  In 2010 we have done our best not to add to our accounts receivable by asking for the entire patient co-payment at the time of service.  We have had a few patients pay through Chase and CareCredit.  We sent out letters in August offering a 20% discount if the patients were able to pay off their entire balance.  We had a good response from that and plan to send out another letter the first week of March.

Overall A/R was decreased by 34% by the end of 2010!”
